The official OST of tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Let's Eat 2' (directed by Joon-Hwa Park, written by Soo-mi Lim, hereinafter referred to as 'Let's Eat 2') featuring talented musicians such as Yoseop Yang of Beast, Junhyung Yong, Urban Zakapa, and Jannabi will be released.
The official album of 'Let's Eat 2', which will be released on the 2nd, contains music from talented bands such as Yong Junhyung's 'Don't You Know', which was released on the same day, Urban Zakapa's 'Another You', and Jannabi's 'Paradise'.
In addition, 'UP&DOWN', in which the female lead Seo Hyun-jin became a singer of the OST and showed off her skills as the lead vocalist of the female group Milk, was also inserted.
In the play, not only the strange love triangle between Yoon Doo-joon (Koo Dae-young), Seo Hyun-jin (Baek Su-ji), and Kwon Yul (Lee Sang-woo), but also the songs that maximized the immersion of the scene in each character's 'Mukbang' were included.
The album design also emphasized the aspect of a 'eating show drama' by arranging their eating methods with keywords, with the concept of 'Daeyoung and Suzy's eating style showdown' based on a circular model that resembles a plate.
Noh Hyung-woo, music director of 'Let's Eat 2' said, "The key keyword of the drama OST was 'happiness'. I wanted to express the feeling of happiness I feel at the moment I eat the most delicious food."
He continued, "I thought music was the most central element in the 'Mukbang' scenes, and it played a big role in scenes that were filled with music and acting without special lines during long scenes of 3 to 4 minutes."
“I tried to bring out the emotions of the purest side in me, apart from ‘Mukbang’ or comical scenes,” said the music director, adding, “I hope that those feelings will be conveyed well to the viewers.”

그룹 비스트의 양요섭과 용준형, 어반자카파, 잔나비 등 실력파 뮤지션들이 참여한 tvN 월화드라마 ‘식샤를 합시다2’(연출 박준화, 극본 임수미, 이하 ‘식샤2’)의 공식 OST 음반이 발매된다.
2일 발매될 ‘식샤2’의 공식 음반은 같은 날 출시된 용준형의 ‘왜 모르니’를 비롯해 어반자카파의 ‘또 다른 너’, 잔나비의 ‘‘파라다이스’ 등 실력파 밴드들의 음악들이 실렸다.
또 여주인공인 서현진이 OST의 가창자로 나서 여성그룹, 밀크의 리드보컬 시절의 실력을 다시 뽐낸 ‘업앤다운’(UP&DOWN)도 삽입됐다.
극중 윤두준(구대영 역)과 서현진(백수지 역), 권율(이상우 역)의 묘한 삼각관계는 물론, 각 등장인물의 ‘먹방’에서도 장면의 몰입도를 최대한 끌어올려줬던 곡들이 고스란히 담긴 것.
음반 디자인도 접시를 본딴 원형을 기본으로 ‘대영과 수지의 식샤 스타일 대결’이라는 콘셉트를 담아 그들의 먹는 방법을 키워드로 정리 하는 등 ‘먹방 드라마’의 면모를 강조했다.
‘식샤2’의 노형우 음악감독은 “드라마 OST의 핵심 키워드는 ‘행복’이었다”면서 “가장 맛있는 음식을 한 입 먹는 그 순간 느끼는 행복감을 표현하고 싶었다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “‘먹방’ 신들에서의 음악이 가장 중심이 되는 요소라 생각했고 3~4분 이상의 긴 장면동안 특별한 대사 없이 먹는 연기와 음악으로 채우는 장면들에서 큰 역할을 해줬다”고 밝히기도 했다.
“‘먹방’이거나 코믹스러운 장면이거나를 떠나 내 안의 가장 순수한 사이드의 감성들을 꺼내려고 노력했다”는 음악감독은 “그런 느낌들이 시청자에게 잘 전달되었으면 좋겠다”고 덧붙이기도 했다.
