윤지성이 따뜻한 신곡으로 겨울 가요계에 돌아온다.

이번 신곡의 Platform ver. 앨범이 오는 12월 15일에 온·오프라인을 통해 발매되며, 팬들에게 계속해서 뜻깊은 선물을 전할 예정이다.
올 봄 세 번째 미니앨범 '미로 (薇路)' 타이틀곡 'BLOOM'(블룸) 활동으로 '스프링돌'에 등극한 윤지성이 겨울에는 어떤 음악을 들려줄지 관심이 모아진다. 윤지성 특유의 포근한 음색이 음악 팬들의 겨울을 더욱 따뜻하게 만들어줄 것으로 보인다.

일 년 중 딱 하루만 만날 수 있다면?

아주 어릴 적, 어쩌면 처음에 그 약속은 큰 기대 없이 스쳐 지나가는 약속이었을 수도 있었다.
가볍게 웃으며 했던 약속이었지만
왠지 모르게 우리는 그날을 기다리고 있었다.
“매년 12월 24일에 우리는 만나는 거야. 아주 당연하게.”
“누군가는 일 년에 딱 하루만 만나면 서운하거나 속상하지 않겠냐고 하겠지만, 내 생각은 조금 달라.”
“오늘 덕분에 일 년 뒤가 기다려져. 우린 당연히 매년 같은 날, 같은 시간, 같은 장소에서 만날 거니까. 그러니까 우리는 오늘을 잘 보내면 돼. 당신이 오는 날이 내겐 크리스마스고, 당신이 나에게 선물이고, 당신은 곧 내 산타야. 당장 내일은 조금 외로울 수도 있겠지만 괜찮아. 어차피 우린 분명 만날 테니까. 그래서 난 설레는 마음으로 일 년을 보낼 수 있어. 그리고 우린 오늘 누구보다 행복할 거야. Merry Christmas.”

처음 이 곡을 작업할 때 밥알들과 웃으며 스쳐 지나가는 말로 내년 크리스마스에 보자고 했던 일이 생각났다.
나는 그 약속을 지키고 싶었고, 고맙게도 밥알들도 그 약속을 지켜줬다.
우리의 이야기를 동화책처럼 만들어 보고 싶었다.

아주 어릴 적, 두 친구가 눈사람을 만들며 제법 쿨하게(?) 했던 약속.
그리고 어른이 된 지금, 그때부터 지금까지 그리고 또 앞으로 매년 서로를 위해 하루를 함께 보낸다면 얼마나 낭만적일까?
