Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that from the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return. Most items shipped from our warehouse can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Once we receive the item at our fulfillment center, we will process the refund within 2 business days, and it will take 3-5 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your account. Depending on the return situation, customers may need to cover the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we will not accept any items returned to us without prior authorization. Cancellation of the Order

You may cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched for shipping. To cancel your order, please contact us with your valid email and order number.

 

Damages, Wrong Items, Missing Contents

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing contents. It is important to provide us with pictures of the received items or an unboxing video, as this will help us evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. Please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with the contents of your package.


Replacement
To ensure that you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have, and we will send a replacement once the return is approved. If for some reason we cannot process a return, we may include the replacement item in your next order.


Refunds
After reviewing the matter, we will provide a full or partial refund based on the circumstances. We will inform you whether the refund is approved or not.
