On October 10, 2013, T-ara released the mini-album sound source and started their activities. The title song 'Number Nine' is impressive with the addictive melody of more mature music. Exciting but sad lyrics blend together to create a different atmosphere, and the colorful choreography on stage shows a fantastic harmony. In addition, as a medium tempo dance song, the double title of 'Is It Feeling' is a combination of catchy lyrics and easy-to-sing melodies. 티아라가 2013년 10월 10일 미니앨범 음원을 공개하고, 활동을 시작한다. 이번 앨범은 ‘Sexy love’ 이후 1년여 만에 선보이는 새 음반으로, 티아라의 새로운 음악을 기다려온 팬들에게 보답하고자 다양한 장르의 음악으로 구성했다. 총 5개의 트랙이며 국내 최고의 작곡가 신사동호랭이, 최규성, 이단옆차기, 박덕상, 박현중이 참여해 앨범의 완성도를 한층 높였으며, 티아라만의 색깔을 뽐내며 댄스부터 발라드까지 색다른 분위기를 느끼기에 충분하다.
