Pop, R&B, and soul genre artists from the 1960s and 1990s who had a great influence on their music through their first full-length albums? Jackson 5, Brandy, Lauryn Hill, Prince, etc.'s classic 'Classic' was reinterpreted in SAAY's own way. Through a total of 18 tracks, SAAY's classic style was expressed, and it contains the aspiration to play the role of a bridge from the old school of the past to the future.

Through four interludes, we tried to maintain a classic atmosphere with natural storytelling when going from song to song, and code to code in detail, and after listening to all the songs, it feels like watching a movie or a novel. configured so that

R&B 싱어송라이터 & 퍼포머 SAAY(쎄이)의 첫 정규 앨범 [CLAASSIC]

첫 정규 앨범을 통해 자신의 음악에 큰 영향을 줬던 60~90년 대 팝, 알앤비, 소울 장르 아티스트들 ? Jackson 5, Brandy, Lauryn Hill, Prince 등의 고전, ‘Classic’을 SAAY만의 방식으로 재해석했다. 총 18곡의 트랙을 통해 SAAY만의 클래식을 표현했으며, 여기에는 과거의 올드스쿨에서 미래로 가는 다리의 역할을 하고자 하는 포부가 담겨있다.

네 곡의 interlude를 통해 곡에서 곡으로, 디테일하게는 코드에서 코드로 넘어갈 때 자연스러운 스토리텔링과 함께 클래식한 분위기를 유지하고자 했으며, 전 곡을 다 듣고 난 후엔 영화 혹은 소설을 본 것 같은 느낌이 들 수 있도록 구성했다.

SAAY의 첫 정규 앨범이 빠르게 흘러가는 세상에서 누군가에겐 위로가, 누군가에겐 지칠 수 없는 동기부여가 될 수 있기를 바란다.
