이번 OST 앨범에는 드라마의 주요 장면마다 삽입되며 시청자들의 관심을 불러모은 헤이즈의 ‘좋았을걸’을 비롯, 5회 제혁의 위암고백 분노씬에 삽입되었던 ‘우원재’의 ‘향수’, 드라마의 마지막 힘을 실어준 Zion.T의 ‘하루 일과'를 포함, 총 10곡의 가창곡을 포함, 연주곡 16곡을 더해 총 26곡이 한 장에 삽입된다.
