KCA Entertainment, the agency of the late Shin Hae-chul, said, “On February 9, the best album 'Reboot Yourself' PART-1 and 2 will be released simultaneously online and offline. This album includes the late Shin Hae-chul's debut song 'To You', 'Freshwater Eel's Dream', 'Fly Chick', and the title song of his last solo album 'Reboot Myself Part 1' released in June. All 25 songs of the deceased's famous songs, PART-1 and 2, up to 'Only One Promise' are included.
Here, among the posthumous works that did not see the light of day due to the sudden death of the deceased, 'Pink Monster' with Next Utd. 고(故) 신해철의 유작이 담긴 베스트 앨범이 오는 2월 9일 정식 발매된다.
고 신해철의 소속사 KCA엔터테인먼트는 “오는2월 9일 베스트 앨범 '리부트 유어셀프(Reboot Yourself)'PART-1, 2를 온오프라인 동시 발매한다. 이번 앨범에는 고 신해철의 데뷔곡 ‘그대에게’ 부터 ‘민물장어의 꿈’, ‘날아라 병아리’,지난 6월 발매한 마지막 솔로앨범 ‘리부트 마이 셀프 파트1(Reboot Myself Part 1)’ 타이틀곡 ‘단 하나의 약속’까지 고인의 명곡 각 25곡씩 PART-1, 2 전부 수록된다.
여기에 고인의 갑작스런 사망으로 빛을 보지 못했던 유작 중 넥스트 Utd.와 함께한 ‘핑크 몬스터（Pink Monster)’가 함께 담긴다. ‘핑크 몬스터’는 신나는 록스타일의 음악으로 생전 고인이 애착을 가졌던 노래 중 하나다. 현 넥스트 Utd.의 보컬 이현섭과 더불어 고인의 목소리도 함께 실렸다. 이번 앨범은 오프라인 매장에서는 PART-1, 2 제작되며, 각 2CD로 앨범이 발매된다.
