DAY6 debuted in September of last year with 'The Day' and received great attention in that it was the first boy band introduced by JYP Entertainment. They quickly emerged as a singer-songwriter band.
The title song 'Let It Go' is a song that DAY6 members Young K and Wonpil participated in writing and composing. It is a 'emotional rock' band song that mixes R&B and rock genres. It is a lyrical story about a man who wants the woman he loves to be happier.

DAY6는 지난 해 9월 ‘The Day(더 데이)’로 데뷔, JYP 엔터테인먼트에서 처음으로 선보이는 보이 밴드란 점에서 큰 주목을 받았으며, 데뷔 앨범부터 이번 앨범까지 모든 멤버가 전곡 작사, 작곡에 참여하여 차세대 싱어송라이터 밴드로 급부상했다.
타이틀곡 '놓아 놓아 놓아'는 DAY6의 멤버 Young K, 원필이 작사-작곡에 참여한 곡으로 알앤비, 록 장르를 믹스한 '감성락' 밴드 곡이다. 사랑하는 여인이 더 행복해지길 바라는 남자의 애틋한 이별 고백을 서정적인 느낌으로 풀어냈다.
이 외에도 마음에 드는 이성에게 푹 빠져 주체할 수 없는 감정을 직설적인 가사로 풀어낸 ‘Hunt’, 감각적인 팝 비트가 인상적인 'Blood', 음악적 자신감을 드러낸 '바래' 등 총 여섯 곡이 담겨 있다.
한편, DAY6는 팝 락을 기반으로 힙합, 일렉트로닉 등 다양한 장르를 결합한 하이브리드 음악을 선보이는 밴드로 성진(일렉&메인보컬), Jae(일렉&보컬&랩), Young K(베이스&보컬&랩), 원필(신디&보컬), 도운(드럼) 으로 구성되어있다.
