I received my order containing “Blackpink - Back to Retro” and it is in perfect condition! Everything was wrapped securely in bubble wrap so that there was no possibility for the products to become damaged during travel. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it and found a poster inside (I got Jisoo)! I wasn’t expecting it to come with that because I thought that was only included with preorders. Very happy!

Love this album. I got GD photocard! Surprised I didn't have to pay any custom charges as I live outside of Asia. All good though, came in great condition and completely sealed. Took 2 weeks to deliver which is really good considering it's only standard delivery.

The flatfurs arrived in perfect condition, packed in lots of bubble wrap. I even received an extra photocard! So cute, I love them and am excited to bring them everywhere with me.

great quality for such little price. i've been searching all over the web and i can assure you, this is probably the best price i've ever found for this sort of album. came with all of the promised parts, and even the preorder stickers and poster (not sure if that was diliberate or just what was in stock)! also came a day early, and the postage method i chose gave my updates on what was happening so that i could know exactly how my package was doing. will be buying again!

im really really happy with the albums! not only was the shipping fast, it didnt come damaged as there was alot of protection(bubble wrap) and im really happy with its quality as well!! (didn't pull my bias but its fine) the price is reasonable as well! will def buy from here again !

The album is fantastic. The sound quality is excellent! Don't really like the packaging, it's hard to store properly.

Everything arrived in good condition and their customer service was great 😊. Although the shipping was quite expensive but I understand why (tariffs and international).
