데뷔 8주년을 맞은 예은(YEEUN)이 첫 싱글 앨범 [The Beginning]으로 솔로 데뷔를 알리며 K팝 솔로신에 출사표를 던졌다.

예은(YEEUN)은 2015년 3월 첫 미니앨범 '첫사랑'으로 그룹 CLC 멤버로 데뷔, 팀내에서 메인 래퍼와 서브보컬을 담당해 쫄깃한 랩핑을 선보이며 분위기 있는 래퍼로서 면모를 보여 주었다. 특히, 'BLACK DRESS', 'NO', 'HELICOPTER' 등 수많은 곡에 직접 랩 메이킹을 하며 작사에 참여해 다방면으로 실력적인 면모를 뽐냈다.
