[DEAD:ALIVE] is an album that captures the process of 'self-transcendence,' where one does not stop in the face of fear, breaks all the limitations that confined oneself, and grows into a new self.
The absence of fear is not courage. True courage is taking a step forward while feeling fear, and moving forward nonetheless.
Sometimes, to grow, one must tear down the self they were accustomed to. That destruction is not the end but a new beginning, and those who overcome fear and pass through collapse do not live as they did before.
[DEAD:ALIVE] calls the paradoxical moment of breaking one's limits and being reborn as a new self "beautiful destruction."
