Description (Translated):
BTS graced the cover of a global special issue launched simultaneously in 16 countries worldwide by the American magazine *Rolling Stone*. The Japanese edition, *Rolling Stone Japan vol.35*, features the cover story and individual member interviews in full translation, and is composed of a special BTS issue that includes Japanese concert reports and album reviews.
This coverage was handled by Brian Hiatt, a senior writer who wrote the BTS cover story for *Rolling Stone* in the U.S. in 2021. He covered BTS in Seoul this February, listening to their journey leading up to the all-new album *ARIRANG*, their first in about six years, and conducted individual interviews with each of the seven members along with a group interview.
In the interview, the members candidly discussed the difficulties of reuniting as a group after completing their military service and the intricacies of the process of creating new music together, while also deeply exploring their attitude toward challenging new sounds as a group. The contributions and conflicts of each member are also revealed, such as RM urging the group to take on new challenges and J-HOPE realizing the group's strength once again through his solo activities. This special feature can be considered the definitive edition capturing the present state of BTS as they continue their unrivaled journey, and the Japanese edition includes the full translation of both the group and individual interviews from the US edition.
It is also a BTS special issue that includes a report on the Tokyo Dome concert held for the first time in about seven years as a complete seven-member group, along with a full album review article. It is a volume that captures the present state of BTS, who returned as a complete group this year.
