Description (Translated):

The album Unfold is a collection of songs that reflect my personal style, containing tracks with an atmosphere that I liked at the time I created them.

The first track, "Red Flowers In My Garden," captures a dramatic atmosphere where a foggy sound gradually unfolds within a forest filled with flowers and trees, reflecting the image I wanted to portray. I created this song abstractly, wondering how it would convey the meaning of growth through such a composition.

The second track, "Behind the Door," is a song completed with the producer in just two days. It holds a memorable anecdote: we had to add one more track, so we wrote the lyrics and melody in a single day and recorded it the next. The song captures the feeling of waiting for something behind a door with hip vibes.

The third track, "Got me freaking Lost too," was written a year before my debut. At that time, I was at a stage where I needed to release at least my first song, so it was a period when I pushed myself relentlessly every single day. I was trying out various things on my bed at night with my laptop and headphones when the chorus melody came to me. I immediately went to the room with the piano, played it to complete the melody and lyrics, stayed up all night, and finished the song in the morning.

The fourth track, Tangled, originally had lyrics for Tango, but as I tried writing the melody and getting a feel for the atmosphere, I realized I could capture the emotions I've been feeling lately by utilizing the meaning of the word, so I changed the lyrics to Tangled.
The line “I should drink morning coffee to let go” was a way of unraveling tangled emotions filled with overthinking; although I don’t drink morning coffee, it is a line of lyrics I personally like.

The fifth track, "Bite My Lips," is a song capturing the emotions of unrequited love. With the line, "But i just bite my god dang lips thinking 'bout you," the song sensuously expresses the feeling of attraction—desiring someone so much but being unable to approach them, forced to simply gaze at them from afar.

The final, sixth track, "Night Night," describes someone you can lean on as a sanctuary. Conversely, it carries the meaning of wanting to be a source of rest for that person, expressing the presence of someone who lights up my heart and is always by my side. It is a warm song written as a token of gratitude for someone who could be family, a friend, or even love.

앨범 Unfold는 저의 취향을 담은 스타일의 곡들로 제가 곡을 만들었을 당시 제 마음에 들었던 분위기의 곡들을 담은 앨범입니다.

첫번째 트랙인 Red Flowers In My Garden은 곡에서 제가 연출하고 싶었던 이미지를 생각하며 꽃들과 나무가 있는 숲 속에서 안개가 낀 듯한 사운드가 점점 크게 펼쳐지는 드라마틱한 분위기를 담아낸 곡입니다 이런 연출에 성장이라는 의미를 담아보면 어떨까 해서 추상적으로 만들어낸 곡입니다

두번째 트랙인 Behind the Door는 프로듀서님과 이틀만에 완성한 곡으로 한 트랙을 더 추가해야 하는 상황에서 하루만에 가사와 멜로디를 쓰고 그 다음날에 녹음을 했던 시간이 지나도 기억에 많이 남을 것 같은 에피소드가 있는 곡입니다 문 뒤에서 무언가를 기다리는 느낌의 가사를 힙한 분위기에 담은 곡입니다

세번째 트랙인 Got me freaking Lost too는 데뷔를 하기 1년 전에 만든 곡으로 그때 당시 서서히 제가 내놓을 수 있는 첫번째 곡이라도 나와야 했을 단계여서 매일 빠짐없이 제 스스로를 몰아붙힌 시기였는데 밤에 제 침대에서 노트북과 헤드폰을 쓰고 여러가지를 시도해보다가 후렴 멜로디가 떠올라 바로 피아노가 있는 방으로 가 피아노를 쳐보며 멜로디와 가사를 완성하고 밤을 새고 아침에 완성 했던 곡입니다

네번째 트랙인 Tangled는 원래 초기에는 가사가 Tango였는데 멜로디를 써보며 분위기를 느끼다보니 Tangled라는 의미를 이용해 요즘 제가 느끼는 감정을 가사에 담을 수 있을 것 같아 Tangled로 가사를 바꾼 곡입니다
“I should drink morning coffee to let go”라는 가사로 생각이 많고 꼬인듯한 감정을 풀어낸 라인이었는데 저는 모닝커피를 마시지 않지만 개인적으로 맘에 드는 가사 라인입니다

다섯번째 트랙인 Bite My Lips는 짝사랑의 감정을 담은 곡인데 가사 중에 ”But i just bite my god dang lips thinking 'bout you”라는 가사로 그 사람을 너무 원하지만 다가가지 못 하고 바라볼 수 밖에 없는 감정을 끌림의 감정을 감각적으로 표현하는 곡입니다

마지막 여섯번째 트랙인 Night Night은 기댈 수 있는 사람을 휴식처라고 표현한 곡입니다 또 반대로 제가 그 사람에게 쉼이 되고 싶은 의미를 담은 곡으로 제 마음을 빛으로 켜주고 항상 옆에 있어주는 사람을 표현한 곡입니다 가족이 될 수도 있고 친구가 될 수도 있고 사랑이 될 수도 있는 고마움의 표시로 쓴 포근한 곡입니다
