I just let the emotions flow away, but now I want to follow them to their end.
I was used to saying “it’s okay” while ignoring the emotions that came my way, but at some point, cracks started to appear inside me. This album began with the desire to chase and hold on to the edge of emotions, to the end of joy when I’m happy, to the end of sadness when I’m sad, and to reach that end.
This album consists of a total of five tracks, and he credits himself with writing, composing, and arranging all the songs, and he wrote all the lyrics by himself, putting his heart and soul into them. It contains aspects of Jung Se-woon that he had never shown before and that he himself was unaware of.
This album is like a diary, where I write stories that are close to my true self, leaving behind the past when I lacked the courage to face it.

찾아오는 감정들을 외면한 채, “괜찮다”라고 말하는 데 익숙했던 내 안에 어느 순간 균열이 생기기 시작했다. 기쁠 때는 기쁨의 끝까지, 슬플 때는 슬픔의 끝까지, 감정의 끄트머리까지 쫓아가 붙잡고 놓지 않으며 그 끝에 닿아 보고 싶은 마음에서 이 앨범이 시작되었다.
총 다섯 개의 트랙으로 구성된 이번 앨범은 모든 곡의 작사, 작곡, 편곡에 이름을 올렸으며, 전곡을 단독으로 작사해 가삿말에 진심을 꾹꾹 눌러 담았다. 이전에는 보여주지 않았던, 그리고 스스로도 미처 몰랐던 정세운의 단면들이 담겨 있다.
마주할 용기가 부족했던 지난날을 뒤로 하고 본연의 '나'에 가까운 이야기들을 담담히 써 내려간, 일기를 닮은 앨범이다.
