'형섭X의웅'의 첫 번째 프로젝트 앨범인 '눈부시게 찬란한'은 안형섭과 이의웅의 성장 일지 같은 앨범으로 지금의 안형섭과 이의웅의 있는 모습 그대로, 다른 색을 입히지 않고 최대한 꾸밈없이 담백하고 솔직한 청춘의 모습을 담고 있다.

누구나 겪는 시절이지만, 그렇기에 더 쉽게 지나칠 수밖에 없는, 두 번은 오지 않을 바로 지금 이 순간을 기억하기 위한 하나의 기록이자, 밝게 빛나며 때론 고민하는 청춘의 모습을 그대로 표현한 앨범이다.
