Hwang Chi-yeul's third full-length album [ALL OF ME], as the name suggests, is an album that shows everything about Hwang Chi-yeul.
He participated in producing and writing lyrics for all 10 songs including the title song 'It Might Sound Funny', and he even composed two songs himself, 'Night Sky' and 'Beautiful Dream', so it can be said that this album is one in which he fully mobilized his musical abilities.

The title song 'It Might Sound Funny' is a strong band sound song that is the first attempt at a title song, and is a song that exquisitely harmonizes Hwang Chi-yeol's appealing voice and band sound, while '7102', which features an acoustic instrument, is characterized by witty incorporation of song titles and lyrics from previous songs into the song, and is a fan song dedicated to the fans who have always been by their side.

Also, the two songs 'Night Sky', which contains romantic lyrics about reminiscing while looking at the stars in the night sky, and 'Beautiful Dream', which contains the heart of missing her who still remains faintly even when dreaming or opening one's eyes, were written and composed by Hwang Chi-yeul himself, adding to their sincerity.

In addition, the album is complete with various tracks such as 'At the Movie Theater Without You', which leaves a deep impression with its beautiful string melody, and 'I'm Doing Well', which delivers deep comfort during difficult times.

황치열의 세 번째 정규 앨범 [ALL OF ME]는 이름에서 알 수 있듯 황치열의 모든 것을 보여주는 앨범이다.
타이틀곡 '웃기는 소리 같겠지만'을 포함한 총 10곡에 전곡 프로듀싱 및 작사에 참여하였고, '밤하늘에', '아름다운 꿈' 두 곡은 직접 작곡까지 하여 본인의 음악적 역량을 총동원한 앨범이라고 할 수 있다.

타이틀곡 '웃기는 소리 같겠지만'은 타이틀곡으로는 처음 시도하는 강렬한 밴드 사운드 곡으로, 호소력 짙은 황치열의 목소리와 밴드 사운드가 절묘한 조화를 이루는 곡이며, 어쿠스틱 악기가 돋보이는 '7102'는 그동안 발표한 노래 제목과 가사를 재치있게 곡에 담아낸 것이 특징이며 항상 곁에 있어준 팬들에게 바치는 팬송이다.

또한 밤하늘의 별을 보며 추억을 떠올리는 낭만적인 가사가 담긴 '밤하늘에', 꿈을 꿔도, 눈을 떠도 여전히 아련하게 남아있는 그녀를 그리워하는 마음을 담은 '아름다운 꿈' 두 곡은 황치열이 직접 작사 작곡을 하여 진정성을 더했다.
