활기찬 젊음을 노래한 에브리 싱글 데이의 타이틀곡 “Go back”을 시작으로, 드라마의 에필로그 때마다 시청자들을 감동시킨 소향의 “바람의 노래”, 마진주 테마로 많은 이들을 울렸던 심규선의 “Dream”, 고막남친 최낙타가 부르는 달콤한 고백송 “고백”, 최반도의 마음을 울림 깊은 발라드로 표현해 낸 이석훈의 “우리라는 세상”, 꿀성대 홍대광이 경쾌한 멜로디로 사랑하는 마음을 표현한 “Amazing”까지 드라마의 주요 장면마다 극의 몰입도를 높여 감동을 더했던 6곡의 노래들이 고스란히 담긴다.
더불어 “파스타”, “너의 목소리가 들려”, “피노키오” 등 수많은 드라마의 OST를 흥행시킨 “고백부부”의 문성남 음악감독과 그 음악팀이 작업한 총 27곡의 연주곡이 함께 공개된다.
한정판으로 발매되는 이번 OST 음반은, 1990년대를 생각나게 하는 비디오테이프 모양의 CD케이스와 복고풍 커버를 비롯해, 총 2장의 CD로 구성되어 있으며, 다양한 드라마 장면들이 담겨있는 북릿, 주연배우들의 포토카드 8종과 스티커, 휴대용 노트, 고백부부 포스터 등 독특한 구성품들을 제공하여 소장가치를 높였다.
