I preordered this item in November. By Christmas, I had not received a confirmation email nor any email saying it was shipped. My order did now even show up in my account. I only had a charge on my PayPal account saying TaKorea.Inc. By January 1st, I preordered somewhere else and got my magazine within a week with even the pre-order bonuses. On January 7th, I wasn't sure if my order was in their system so I contacted them via their email [****] account listed on Paypal and my credit card company to try and dispute this charge and get my refund. January 16th rolls by I finally get an email from kpopalbums saying my order is coming in the next day. I opened the box and yes it's the magazine I ordered but not only did I not get my pob for the magazine but I now have 2 of the same magazine. This explains the review title.
