<Come and Hug Me> is a drama depicting the fate of a man and a woman who live mixed lives due to a murder case.

Come and Hug Me OST includes 14 song tracks and Inst. It was filled with tracks and 24 score tracks.
The song tracks include 'Crying Silently' by Yang Yo-seop, the main vocalist of Highlight's unique voice, So-yeon, the main vocalist of Laboum, who has a calm and mournful tone and a driving sensibility, 'Don't disappear' by Yoo-jung, and Na Yoon-kwon, a luxury voice.
