August 2015! VIXX's first unit < LR > debuts with a mini album filled with all of their own songs.

VIXX's unit < LR > is a two-member unit composed of Leo (L) and Ravi (R), who are in charge of the main vocal and rap, respectively, the pivotal parts of music in VIXX. These two have played an important role in the team, playing the two pillars that lead the musical color of the team called VIXX. In addition, these two have continuously released self-composed songs written and composed through VIXX's numerous albums and various concerts, and have received attention from the public and critics by showing their producing skills, such as demonstrating their unique musical talents.

The title song <Beautiful Liar> is a self-composed song by Ravi, a member of VIXX LR, and expresses the emotional conflict a man feels in a breakup situation.

A total of 5 songs in the <LR> unit's mini-album were produced under the concept of two songs as the <LR> unit, one song each as solo singers Leo and Ravi, and one final song as <LR>, which produces the entire group of VIXX. From track 1 < Beautiful Liar >, the title track of < LR > and Ravi's own song, to track 5 < My Light >, Leo's self-composed song that contains 'the story VIXX wants to tell the fans', the colors of the two members are deeply contained. .

2015년 8월! 빅스의 첫 유닛 < LR >이 전곡 자작곡으로 채워진 미니앨범을 들고 데뷔한다.

빅스의 유닛 < LR >은 빅스에서 각각 메인보컬과 랩이라는 음악의 중추적 파트를 맡고 있는 레오(L)와 라비(R)로 구성된 2인조 유닛이다. 이 둘은 그동안 빅스라는 팀의 음악적 색깔을 리드하는 두 축을 맡아 팀의 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 또한, 이 둘은 빅스의 다수 앨범들과 각종 콘서트를 통해 직접 작사ㆍ작곡한 자작곡들을 지속적으로 발표해오며 독특한 음악적 재능을 발휘하는 등 프로듀싱 능력을 보여주어 대중과 평단의 주목을 받아왔다.

이번 타이틀곡 < Beautiful Liar >는 빅스 LR의 멤버 라비의 자작곡이며 한 남자가 이별하는 상황에서 느끼는 심적 갈등을 표현한 곡이다.

이번 < LR > 유닛의 미니앨범 총 5곡은 < LR > 유닛으로써 두 곡, 솔로 가수 레오와 라비로써 각각 한 곡씩, 그리고 빅스 전체를 프로듀싱하는 < LR >로써 마지막 한 곡이라는 컨셉으로 제작되었다. < LR >의 타이틀곡이자 라비의 자작곡인 1번 트랙 < Beautiful Liar >부터, ‘빅스가 팬에게 하고 싶은 이야기’를 담은 레오의 자작곡 5번 트랙 < My Light >까지 두 멤버의 색깔이 깊게 담겨있다.
