RESCENE The 1st Mini Album [SCENEDROME]

RESCENE, who spreads a new scent with each album, has returned with their first mini album [SCENEDROME] filled with the scent of the sea's Ambergris.

The album title [SCENEDROME] combines 'SYNDROME', which means a phenomenon in which liking something sweeps over the entire thing, and 'SCENE' from RESCENE, meaning RESCENE that will create a syndrome with 'fragrance' and 'music', and foreshadows a huge SCENEDROME.

'FINDING LOST AMBERGRIS'
Ambergris is a naturally occurring substance from sperm whales. It has a very rustic appearance and its original scent is not fragrant, but as a high-quality rare fragrance, it has the characteristic of maximizing its scent when combined with other scents. In this album, RESCENE focuses on the Ambergris scent with such characteristics and becomes an MZ generation mermaid princess who comes to the city from the sea in search of her lost dragon's lotus, discovering true value and the various emotions she encounters in the process, as well as RESCENE's own story, hoping to spread the scent of love to listeners.

The story of Ambergris and RESCENE, whose value is doubled when they are together and who shine even brighter through each other, is included in a total of 4 songs in [SCENEDROME].

01. Lucky you
'Lucky you' shows the iconic appearance of RESCENE, who boasts a confident and young charm while receiving the hot gaze of the public in the city and the attention of numerous paparazzi. The mysterious yet strong sound and the layered vocals decorate the start of the album splendidly as the first track.

02. LOVE ATTACK *Title
The first title track, 'LOVE ATTACK', is a song that stands out with its lovely and refreshing atmosphere and strong guitar distortion sound. It contains RESCENE's unique message of love, 'When we are together, our value shines more', and proves this message through the paired vocal and dance sections. You can feel the synergy created by the main scent of this album, Ambergris, and RESCENE, as well as RESCENE's unique fragrant musical worldview.

03. New World
'New World' is a mid-tempo hip-hop track based on Atlanta's base, using spinz 808 drums and 80's EPs. The lyrics express the excitement of a girl facing a new world, from the life of an MZ mermaid princess in the sea to the anticipation of leaving for the city in search of her own scent.


04. Pinball *Title
The second title song, 'Pinball', is a song about a girl who is experiencing unrequited love for the first time, comparing her clumsy heart to a pinball game and feeling new emotions she never knew existed. You can feel RESCENE's young and shy charm through the addictive hook and dreamy atmosphere of the R&B song.

앨범마다 새로운 향기를 퍼뜨리는 RESCENE(리센느)가 바다의 Ambergris 향을 가득 머금은 미니 1집 앨범 [SCENEDROME]으로 돌아왔다.

앨범명 [SCENEDROME]은 어떤 것을 좋아하는 현상이 전체를 휩쓸게 되는 현상이라는 뜻의 'SYNDROME'과 RESCENE의 'SCENE'을 결합하여 '향'과 '음악'으로 씬드롬을 일으킬 RESCENE(리센느)를 뜻하며 거대한 SCENEDROME을 예고한다.

'FINDING LOST AMBERGRIS'
Ambergris는 향유고래에서 자연적으로 생성되는 물질로 겉은 매우 투박하며 본래 향은 향기롭지 않지만 고급 희귀 향료로서 다른 향과 결합하였을 때 그 향을 극대화하는 특성을 지니고 있다. 이번 앨범에서는 이러한 특성을 가진 Ambergris 향을 중심으로 하여 RESCENE(리센느)는 잃어버린 용연을 찾아 바다에서 도시로 온 MZ 세대 인어공주가 되어 진정한 가치를 발견하고 그 과정에서 마주하는 다양한 감정과 RESCENE(리센느)만의 이야기를 통해 리스너들에게 사랑의 향기를 퍼트리고자 한다.

함께 할 때 그 가치는 배가 되며 서로를 통해 더욱 빛이 나는 Ambergris와 RESCENE(리센느)의 이야기가 [SCENEDROME] 속, 총 4곡으로 수록되어 있다.

01. Lucky you
'Lucky you'는 도시 속 대중의 뜨거운 시선과 수많은 파파라치의 주목을 받으며 당당하고 영한 매력을 뽐내는 RESCENE(리센느)의 아이코닉한 모습을 보여준다. 미스테리하면서 강렬한 사운드와 켜켜이 쌓인 보컬은 1번 트랙으로서 앨범의 시작을 화려하게 장식한다.

02. LOVE ATTACK *Title
첫 번째 타이틀 'LOVE ATTACK'은 사랑스럽고 청량한 분위기와 강렬한 기타 디스토션 사운드가 돋보이는 곡이다. '함께할 때 서로의 가치는 더욱 빛난다'는 RESCENE(리센느)만의 사랑의 메시지를 담았으며 보컬과 댄스의 페어 구간을 통해 이 메시지를 증명하고 있다. 이번 앨범의 메인 향기인 Ambergris와 RESCENE(리센느)가 만나 이루어내는 시너지와 RESCENE(리센느)만의 향기로운 음악적 세계관을 느낄 수 있다.

'New World'는 애틀랜타 베이스를 기반으로 하여 spinz 808드럼과 80년대 EP를 사용한 미드템포의 힙합 트랙이다. 바다에서의 MZ 인어공주 생활부터 자신만의 향기를 찾아 도시로 떠나는 기대감을 가사에 담아 새로운 세상을 마주한 설레는 소녀의 마음을 표현하였다.


04. Pinball *Title
두 번째 타이틀곡 'Pinball'은 짝사랑을 처음 마주한 소녀가 서툰 자신의 마음을 핀볼 게임에 비유하며 미처 알지 못했던 새로운 감정을 느끼는 곡이다. 중독성 있는 훅과 몽환적인 분위기의 R&B 곡으로 RESCENE(리센느)의 영하고 수줍은 매력을 느낄 수 있다.
