Noir's 4th mini-album 'UP THE SKY:飛 (Rain Rain)' maintains Noir's unique heavy and masculine musical color, and showcases more mature musicality and singing skills.In their own way, they have told stories about what they have to endure for the sake of the object they long for, the agony and frustration in it, hope, and human desire.
Members such as Shin Seung-hun and Yoo Ho-yeon actively participated in writing and composing the lyrics themselves, and this album was completed in harmony with producer Lee Jung-wook (GOLDCOIN), who has been working with Noir for a long time.
From the intro produced by member Yoo Ho-yeon, the hard trap-based title song 'Lucifer', the R&B song 'Today Only' containing a dangerous confession, and 'Panic' boasting a splendid sound, to Noir's eternal support force 'Lumière'. Even the fan song 'Think About Chu' is composed of numbers that are trendy yet can capture the unique color of noir.

신승훈, 유호연 등 멤버들이 직접 작사/작곡에 적극 참여하였으며, 오랜 시간 동안 느와르와 호흡을 맞춘 프로듀서 이정욱(GOLDCOIN)과 의기투합 하여 완성된 앨범이다.
