After releasing the [21' S/S] album in 2021, his life started to go awry starting in the fall of that year.
And now, after 4 years, the reason why I am releasing an album again under the name [21' F/W] is,
From then on, it could be said that it was a will of my own to correct everything that had gone wrong.
What does it mean when they say, 'There are bad hangovers and good hangovers'?
In the past, I lived with a bad hangover that was eating me away like alcoholism, but
Nowadays, it is said to mean a night of light drinking with good people and a comfortable sleep.
I collected the songs that were left behind as records in that flow.
This album wasn't a result that was 'made for the sake of making' from the beginning.
Rather, it is full of tracks that are familiar yet new, and new yet familiar, containing a more honest and more authentic Noel.

This album is for someone,
I hope that this can be a turning point from a bad hangover to a slightly less or not so bad hangover. If there is light, there is darkness, and if there is darkness, there is light. So I hope that most people will live a life filled with learning, gratitude, and love, rather than complaints, dissatisfaction, and hatred after frustration.

2021년 [21' S/S] 앨범을 낸 뒤, 그해 가을부터 그의 삶은 많이 꼬여 가기 시작한다.
그리고 4년이 지난 지금, 다시 [21' F/W]라는 이름으로 앨범을 내는 이유는,
그때부터 어그러진 모든 것을 바로잡고자 하는 나름의 의지라고 할 수 있다.
'숙취에도 나쁜 숙취와 좋은 숙취가 있다는 말'은 무엇을 의미하는가 했을 때
과거엔 알코올 중독처럼 본인을 갉아먹는 나쁜 숙취 속에 살았지만,
지금은 좋은 사람들과 가끔 가볍게 술을 나누고, 편안히 잠들 수 있는 밤을 의미한다고 한다.
그 흐름 속에서 기록처럼 남겨진 곡들을 모아보니,
이 앨범은 처음부터 '만들기 위해 만든' 결과물이 아니었기에
오히려 더 솔직하고, 더 본연의 노엘의 모습을 담아 익숙하지만 새롭고, 새롭지만 익숙한 트랙들로 가득하다.
