In line with the meaning of the team's name, "the beginning of originality," ATBO plans to deliver ATBO's own message through an original concept with light, darkness, and color as keywords, from the debut album to the story of the beginning and origin.

Everyone has their own color. Everyone runs towards their dreams and tries to paint the world with their own color. Sometimes, they lose their own color in the dark and get frustrated. 에이핑크, 빅톤, 더보이즈, 위클리 등이 소속된 IST엔터테인먼트의 신인 보이그룹 ATBO가 자신들만의 색깔로 케이팝 신을 칠할 채비를 마쳤다. ATBO는 지난 5월 성공적으로 마친 국내 최초 밸런스 서바이벌 오디션 프로그램 'THE ORIGIN - A, B, Or What?'을 통해 주목받은 오준석, 류준민, 배현준, 석락원, 정승환, 김연규, 원빈까지 총 7명으로 구성된 보이그룹으로, 프로그램 방송 당시부터 탄탄한 실력과 넘치는 끼 그리고 눈길을 끄는 비주얼로 화제를 모았다.

ATBO라는 팀명은 'AT the Beginning of Originality'의 약자로, ATBO만의 새롭고 독창적인 이야기를 펼쳐 나가겠다는 포부를 담았다. ATBO는 '독창성의 시작'이라는 팀명 뜻에 걸맞게 데뷔 앨범에서부터 처음과 기원에 대한 이야기를 담아 빛과 어둠, 색깔을 키워드로 한 독창적인 콘셉트를 통해 ATBO만의 메시지를 전달할 예정이다.
