걸그룹 ‘위키미키’의 그룹명은 서로를 알아보는 열쇠를 가진 8명의 개성 넘치는 소녀(MeKi)와 그렇게 만나 또 다른 새로운 세상을 열쇠를 가지게 된 소녀들(WeKi)이라는 의미를 지닌다. 그룹명의 앞 글자만 따면 'WEME' 즉 '나와 우리’라는 뜻으로 시선을 끈다.
최유정과 김도연 외에도 지수연, 엘리, 세이, 루아, 리나, 루시 총 8명의 멤버로 구성된 위키미키는 지난 3월 부터 네이버 V앱 아이틴 걸즈 채널을 통해 리얼리티 '방과 후 아지트'로 팬들과의 만남을 이어왔으며 남다른 비글미와 꾸밈없는 매력으로 많은 사랑을 받아왔다.
