이번 ‘총리와 나’ O.S.T에는 샤이니 태민, 윤건, 바버렛츠 등 아름다운 보컬을 자랑하는 아티스트들이 참여하였다. 특히 샤이니 태민이 가창한 "발걸음"은 따듯하면서도 밝은 느낌의 어쿠스틱 모던 록으로, 소년의 감성이 잘 표현된 태민의 두 번째 O.S.T 곡이다. 드라마의 스토리에 잘 어울리는 절제되고 깔끔한 노랫말이 태민의 미성과 절묘하게 결합되는 것을 느낄 수 있다. 또한 본 곡은 기타리스트 겸 작곡가인 김정배 프로듀서가 작곡, 작사, 편곡을 진행하였으며, 그만의 스타일이 묻어나는 기타를 중심으로 한 심플한 악기구성이 돋보인다.
