There is an intention to organize the time since their debut until now in grouping their various songs, which have been different in tone and different emotions in each song, under one title like this. Because each member's time, emotion, creativity, worries and passion are all melted into the songs, the title is 'MERAKI', a Greek word meaning 'to pour one's soul and sincerity into something' with affection for those beings. In this album, which coexists with the freedom that puts the initiative on the listener's imagination through the melodies and breathing of the instruments, and the thematic consciousness of clear meaning sometimes conveyed through the lyrics, this album has 9 remastered singles and new songs 'FANG FANG' and 'Walking'. 절제와 폭발을 유기적으로 넘나드는 인스트루멘탈의 집성.오렌지 팡팡 보이즈의 정규 1집 [MERAKI]는 일종의 써머리 앨범이다. 매 곡마다 다른 음색, 다른 정서를 비쳐오던 그들의 각양각색의 곡 들을 이처럼 한 타이틀 아래 묶는 데에는 데뷔 이후 지금까지의 시간들을 정리하고자 하는 의도가 있다. 멤버 각자의 시간과 정서, 창의력, 고민과 열정들이 모두 녹아 있는 곡들이기에 그 존재들에 애정을 담아 '영혼과 진심을 무언가에게 온전히 쏟아 붓다'라는 의미의 그리스어인 'MERAKI'를 타이틀로 내걸었다. 악기들의 선율과 호흡으로 청자의 상상력에 주도권을 얹어 주는 자유로움도, 때로는 가사로 전달하는 명확한 의미의 주제의식도 공존하는 이번 앨범은 리마스터링된 기존의 싱글 9곡과 신곡 'FANG FANG','Walking Dead'를 포함하여 새로운 호흡의 트랙리스트로 재구성 되었다.
