Guitarist Kim Young-so's first album
is an album containing the music and stories of Kim Young-so as a musician rather than a player. Known as a genius guitarist who surprised the world with perfect technique and finger-style playing, Kim Young-so is a young musician who wants to tell more stories through the guitar.
I put the songs I made in the time I spent with the guitar from when I was in middle school when I first picked up the guitar until now and put them in an album. The various impressions captured in the countless hours and thoughts spent holding the guitar, facing the guitar, and talking with the guitar are full of freshness, warmth, comfort, and sparkle.
Through this album, he constantly throws questions about the word 'utopia'. And Kim Young-so cautiously answers, “Isn’t it the hope of getting closer to utopia that drives us to continue to develop?”

기타리스트 김영소의 첫 음반
는 플레이어 보다는 뮤지션으로서 김영소의 음악과 이야기를 담은 음반이다. 완벽한 테크닉과 핑거스타일 주법으로 세상을 놀라게 한 천재 기타리스트로 알려졌지만, 김영소는 기타를 통해 보다 많은 이야기를 들려주고 싶은 젊은 뮤지션이다.
기타를 처음 잡았던 중학생 시절부터 지금까지 기타와 함께 보낸 시간 속에서 만들었던 곡들을 모아 앨범에 담았다. 기타를 들고, 기타를 마주하고, 기타와 대화하며 보낸 숱한 시간과 상념 속에서 담아낸 여러 감상들은 풋풋함, 따뜻함, 위로, 그리고 반짝임으로 가득하다.
이번 음반을 통해 그는 '유토피아'라는 단어에 대해 끊임없이 질문을 던진다. 그리고 “계속해서 우리를 발전할 수 있게 만드는 원동력은 유토피아에 가까워지려는 희망 때문이 아닐까” 라고 김영소는 조심스럽게 답한다.
