지난해 첫 번째 정규 앨범 ['OK' Prologue : Be OK]를 통해 OK 시리즈의 포문을 열었던 CIX가 1년간의 작업을 통해 시리즈의 첫 번째 에피소드를 공개한다.미니 5집 ['OK' Episode 1 : OK Not]은 사랑의 본질을 찾기 위한 고민을 담고 있다. 마음을 얻기 위해 간절한 노력을 기울이고, 이성과 본능 사이에서 갈등하는 나를 마주하기도 하며, 때로는 정해진 규칙을 어기게 될 수도 있다. 그리고 결국 관계의 끝에서 갈등하게 된다.
이번 앨범은 '사랑'이라는 감정에서 파생되는 고통, 염원, 인내, 공허함 등의 감정들을 통해 성숙한 자아를 표현하고 있다.
