지난 2015년 발매된 첫 번째 미니앨범 [GALLERY] 이후, 매 순간 다채로운 매력을 선보인 지코가 이번엔 [TELEVISION]이라는 새로운 콘셉트를 가지고 돌아왔다.

이번 앨범 역시 전곡 모두 지코가 작사, 작곡, 프로듀싱한 트랙으로 이루어졌으며 곡 프로듀싱뿐만 아니라 MV, 패키지 디자인 등 앨범의 전반적인 분야에 참여해 크리에이티브로서의 역할을 톡톡히 해냈다.
