<12>는 그만큼 Beenzino가 장기간 심혈을 기울여 온 그의 첫 정규 앨범이다.
<12>에서도 Beenzino만의 스타일은 여전하되 모든 면에서 깊어진 그를 만날 수 있다.
총 11곡으로 구성되어 있으며, 피쳐링 아티스트으로는 Blacknut, YDG, 수란이 참여하고,
Peejay, 천재노창, Walle, Cokejazz가 프로듀서로 참여하였다. 앨범 디자인은 Beenzino가 속한 아트 크루 IAB studio의 작품이다.
