Notice on EVENT or Lucky Draw Items (Event Process, Arrival Timing, and Shipping)

Please read the following information carefully before purchasing EVENT or Lucky Draw items, as these items follow a different process and schedule from regular items.

1. Event Process

EVENT and Lucky Draw items are special promotional benefits, not regular in-stock products or standard pre-order items. These events are typically conducted after the pre-order period has ended. All exclusive benefits and Lucky Draw items are prepared only after the event has officially concluded. For Lucky Draw promotions, multiple rounds may be held sequentially. Each round operates independently and begins only after the previous round has completely finished (e.g., Lucky Draw 2 event starts after Lucky Draw 1 event ends). Therefore, each round may have a different production and arrival schedule.

2. Arrival Timing

EVENT and Lucky Draw items may take longer to arrive than regular products due to the distributor’s production and logistics circumstances. In general, these items arrive at our fulfillment center approximately 2 weeks to over 1 month after the event closing date, and the schedule may vary for each event.

Please note that the distributor does not provide exact manufacturing, shipping, or arrival dates. Therefore, we are unable to announce an exact inbound date in advance, and delays may occur even after the official release date.

3. Shipping

Orders containing EVENT or Lucky Draw items will be shipped only after all items in the order have arrived at our fulfillment center.

If your order includes pre-order items, and/or EVENT/Lucky Draw items, the shipment will be processed together once the latest event or lucky draw items become available.
As a result, your overall shipping date may be delayed compared to orders containing only regular products or pre-order items.

We kindly ask you to fully consider these characteristics of the event or lucky draw items and possible delays before making a purchase. By purchasing EVENT or Lucky Draw items, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing and shipping schedule.
