Shipping was really really fast!! Everything was double wrapped in bubble wrap and the box was stuffed with it. After the layers of wrap, there was a seal on each album. I’m very happy and surprised at how quick they were to ship and how fast it got here from abroad, the entire process only took 9 days to ship from Korea to California. Very nice!! Thank you

I’ve been ordering from this website since March 2025. My orders are always accurate, shipped on time, and safely delivered. My latest order included the NCT WISH steady keyring album, the Surf keyring album, and two Ode to Love Wichu keyrings. I placed my order on the 7th, and it arrived on the 12th. The longest process is basically waiting for shipment (which lets me know business is thriving) but after that shipping is like 2 days. The albums came in perfect condition. All 4 were wrapped securely so no damage was done during transport and the quality of the albums was perfect. I received and checked over each album and they had zero damages, plus the contents inside (photo book, mirror card, and two photocards) were all brand new and pretty. I highly recommend these albums to be included if you collect albums and want to expand your XLOV collection!

so i bought the le sserafim pureflow pt.1 camera in black color and im obsessed with ittt i literally cant put it downnn. but as far as shipping goes, it did take a while for it to ship out, but once it did, it traveled quickly from korea to the us. i contacted the customer service team and they were very quick to reply. like when i say quick i mean in a couple of hours, i was expecting the next day or something like that. but in conclusion, i will be here again buying more things from this websiteeee !!!
