South Korea's national singer Lee Moon-se is coming.
Lee Mun-sae's new album, 'New Direction', released after 13 years, consists of 9 top-notch tracklists carefully selected from over 200 songs received from domestic and foreign composers.
Including the title song 'Spring Breeze' featuring Naul, a duet song with group Super Junior member Kyuhyun 'She's Coming', 'Love Today', 'You Are My Person', 'Flowers Bloom and Fall' That was our image', 'Send Love Like That', 'Home', 'The Stage', and 'New Direction' will be featured.

Lee Moon-se, who had been digging deep into the emotions of music fans through the synergy created by music and lyrics, devoted himself to the lyrics again this time. Up to 30 lyrics were collected for each song, and after fierce competition through internal screening, beautiful lyrics worthy of the name of 'Lee Mun-se' were completed. Lee Moon-se also directly participated in writing the lyrics for 'She's Coming', which he sang with Kyu-hyun.

In addition, by collaborating with the 'best staff' active in Korea and the United States, the perfect sound was realized and the album's perfection was improved.

As the general producer of the album, he worked on music with Kim Min-gi, Kim Deok-soo, and Kim Kwang-min, and Lee Mun-se and Lee Hoon-seok, who discovered Jung Jae-il, Lim Heon-il, Jaurim, Sweet Sorrow, and Mate, jointly participated.
In particular, Randy Waldman, who participated as a local producer in the United States, produced works with Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Madonna, Whitney Houston, Ray Charles, and Michael Bublé. (Michael Buble), Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder, and Andrea Bocelli.
In addition, world-renowned drummer Russ Miller, guitarist (acoustic, electric) Tim Pierce, and percussionist Luis Conte are known to have been willing to participate in the new album after hearing Lee's music.

In the domestic music industry, talented musicians such as Noh Young-sim, Jo Gyu-chan, and Kang Hyun-min from Loveholic, as well as talented new generation composers such as Kim Mi-eun, Song Yong-chang, New Others, Yoo Hae-in, and Cho Young-hwa participated, and old and new forces were evenly distributed. 대한민국 국가대표 가수 이문세가 온다.
이문세가 13년 만에 발표하는 새 앨범 ‘뉴 디렉션’은 국내외 작곡가들로부터 받은 200여개의 곡 중에서 엄선된 최정예 트랙리스트 9곡으로 구성된다.
나얼이 피처링으로 참여한 타이틀곡 ‘봄바람’, 그룹 슈퍼주니어 멤버 규현과의 듀엣곡 ‘그녀가 온다’를 포함해, ‘러브 투데이(Love Today)’, ‘그대 내 사람이죠’, ‘꽃들이 피고지는 게 우리의 모습이었어’, ‘사랑 그렇게 보내네’, ‘집으로’, ‘무대’, ‘뉴 디렉션’ 등이 실릴 예정이다.

그 동안 음악과 가사가 만들어내는 시너지를 통해 음악 팬들의 감성 깊숙이 파고 들었던 이문세는, 이번에도 가사 작업에 심혈을 기울였다. 한 곡당 최대 30개의 가사를 수집했으며, 내부 심사를 통한 치열한 경쟁 끝에 ‘이문세’의 이름에 걸맞은 아름다운 노랫말이 완성됐다. 이문세는 규현과 부른 ‘그녀가 온다’ 가사 작업에 직접 참여하기도 했다.

뿐만 아니라 한국과 미국에서 활동하는 ‘최고의 스태프’와의 협업으로, 완벽한 사운드를 구현하며 앨범의 완성도를 높였다.

앨범 총괄 프로듀서로는 김민기, 김덕수, 김광민 등과 음악작업을 하였고, 정재일, 임헌일, 자우림, 스윗소로우, 메이트 등을 발굴한 이훈석 프로듀서와 이문세가 공동으로 참여했다.
특히 미국 현지 프로듀서로 참여한 랜디 왈드먼(Randy Waldman)’은 마이클 잭슨(Michael Jackson), 셀린 디온(Celine Dion), 마돈나(Madonna), 휘트니 휴스턴(Whitney Houston), 레이 찰스(Ray Charles), 마이클 부블레(Michael Buble), 퀸시 존스(Quincy Jones), 스티비 원더(Stevie Wonder), 안드레아 보첼리(Andrea Bocelli) 와 작업한바 있는 그래미 어워드에서 수상자이기도 하다.
또한, 세계적인 드러머 러스 밀러(Russ Miller), 기타리스트(어쿠스틱, 일렉트릭) 팀 피어스(Tim Pierce), 퍼커션 연주자 루이스 콘테(Luis Conte) 등이 이문세의 음악을 접한 후 새 앨범 작업에 흔쾌히 참여한 것으로 알려졌다.

국내 가요계에서는 노영심, 조규찬, 러브홀릭 출신의 강현민 등 저력의 뮤지션부터 김미은, 송용창, 뉴 아더스, 유해인, 조영화 등 실력파 신세대 작곡가들이 두루 참여, 신구 세력이 고른 분포를 이뤘다. 아울러 피아니스트 김광민도 깊이 있는 연주로 함께 했다.

빈틈없는 스태프 라인업은 앞서 공개된 나얼, 규현의 참여와 더불어 앨범 완성도에 대한 기대를 더하고 있다. 규현은 이문세가 16년만에 발표하는 듀엣곡 ‘그녀가 온다’의 파트너로 낙점됐으며, 나얼은 타이틀곡 ‘봄바람’의 보컬 피처링으로 참여했다. 이들의 조합은 20대부터 중장년층까지 아우르는 감성 폭탄으로 불리며 2015년 봄, 최고의 음반으로 주목 받고 있다.
