2. Whisper (DANG!) (feat. Mongja)

This song was written by vocalist Ko Young-bae, inspired by the story that a pet's owner is everything in the world. It expresses the love between people and pets and the happiness gained through that love. Mongja, the main character of the YouTube channel 'Whispering Mongja', which is what got Go Young-bae into pet videos and is the muse of this song, added to the fun of listening with his lovely barking and eating sounds.

3. Switch
“The star that shines quietly on me even during the day”
'Switch' contains the message that everything ordinary becomes special when you are with the person you love. It is a song that expresses its specialness through a switch that selects light and darkness, and allows you to feel the city pop sound interpreted by Soran.

소소한 일상의 순간들마저 특별하게 노래하는 소란이 이번 미니 앨범 [Beloved]를 통해 다양한 형태의 사랑을 노래한다. 가벼운 연락조차 조심스러운, 그래서 더 풋풋한 짝사랑. 존재 자체만으로도 벅차올라 주체할 수 없는 사랑. 그리고 조금은 더 농밀한, 어쩌면 성숙한 사랑. 언젠가 한 번쯤은 겪어본 것만 같은, 혹은 겪어보게 될 이야기들이다.
그렇기에 누구나 이번 앨범명 [Beloved]가 수식하는 주인공이 될 수 있다. 지금 이 순간 소란의 노래를 듣고 있는 당신이 될 수도, 노래를 들으며 떠오른 어떤 누군가가 될 수도, 심지어는 늘 함께하는 반려동물이 될 수도 있다.

반려동물에게 주인은 세상의 전부라는 이야기로부터 보컬 고영배가 영감을 얻어 쓴 곡으로, 사람과 반려동물의 사이의 사랑과 그 사랑을 통해 얻는 행복을 표현하고 있다. 고영배가 반려동물 영상에 빠지게 된 계기이자 이 곡의 뮤즈인 유튜브 채널 ‘속삭이는 몽자’의 주인공 몽자가 사랑스럽게 짖는 소리와 사료 먹는 소리로 함께해 듣는 재미를 더했다.

3. 스위치 (Switch)
“조용하게 반짝이는 낮에도 날 비춰주는 별”
‘스위치 (Switch)’는 사랑하는 사람과 함께라면 평범한 모든 것들이 특별해진다는 메시지를 담고 있다. 빛과 어둠을 선택하는 스위치로 그 특별함을 표현해냈으며, 소란이 해석한 시티팝 사운드를 느낄 수 있는 곡이다.
