LOOΠΔ turned around fate, coincidence, and destiny and became one.

Loona has exerted the plus plus effect so far, becoming the butterfly effect, gaining courage and finding her self. Furthermore, they created a world that is not oppressed by creating a wave of change beyond imagination with passion.

[&] is an album that contains the reasons why Loona has no choice but to break the standardized rules and become one with all Loona (&) in the world after Loona crosses boundaries and achieves greater changes.

Loona has various symbols that symbolize her dignity. Among them, the symbolic color has a big connection with the message Loona wants to convey through this album.

“And all LOOΠΔs are one” colors the world with our own colors, and all the Loona girls in the world who have found their own color sing “Paint The Town” with one voice. Shout out and convey the message that we are moving forward together.

Loona, who finally conquered the LOONAverse by displaying their own abilities, discovers a bigger world that they have not known before.

The intro song "&" contains the story of us becoming one by breaking standard rules and symbols.

The title song "PTT (Paint The Town)" is a dance hip-hop genre song with the most intense and explosive energy among the songs Loona has released so far.

Combining all the essential elements of a Bollywood song, the song features aggressive dubstep and 808 bass sounds, hypnotic Indian flutes playing the song's signature melody, huge Indian drums and tabla combined with a massive chorus.

The entire song is composed of pure hit lines, and the addictive melody line leading to the minimal verses and pre-chorus is unforgettable once you hear it.

Not only does it fully capture Loona's worldview, but it also contains our aspiration to paint the town with our own colors by establishing ourselves independently without being trapped in taboos or not paying attention to others.

"WOW" is a bouncy, fast-tempo, addictive beat song that celebrates all Loona in the world while empowering Loona to become stronger and more confident.

"Be Honest" is a song with a refreshing up-tempo melody, and just as the title conveys, it has the meaning of revealing one's heart and moving forward confidently and honestly.

"Dance On My Own" is an emotional yet energetic song that blends acoustic guitar playing and hip-hop drum beats, making you want to dance together while feeling and sharing many emotions at the same time.

"A Different Night" is the story of girls who spend different nights at the same time every day. It is an emotional ballad song with a signature pad and pluck sound that is dreamy and faint as if collecting night starlight.

The last track, "UR", is a Lofi R&B song that harmonizes emotional piano and soft electric guitar with the voice of the girl of the month.

이달의 소녀가 운명과 우연, 숙명을 돌고 돌아 하나가 됐다.

이달의 소녀는 지금까지 플러스 플러스 효과를 발휘해 나비효과가 되어 용기를 얻고, 자아를 찾았다. 더 나아가 뜨거운 열정으로 상상 이상의 변화의 물결을 만들어 억압받지 않는 세상을 만들었다.

[&]는 이달의 소녀가 경계를 넘어 더 큰 변화를 이룬 후 세상의 모든 이달의 소녀들과 함께(&) 정형화된 규칙을 깨고 하나가 될 수밖에 없는 이유를 담은 앨범이다.

이달의 소녀에게는 자신의 존엄함을 상징하는 다양한 상징물이 있다. 그중 상징 색깔은 이달의 소녀가 이번 앨범을 통해 전하고자 하는 메시지와 큰 연결고리가 있다.

“And all LOOΠΔs are one (비로소 하나 된 세상의 모든 이달의 소녀)”가 우리만의 색으로 세상을 물들이고, 자신의 컬러를 찾은 세상의 모든 이달의 소녀들이 하나 된 목소리로 “Paint The Town”을 외치며 함께 앞으로 나아간다는 메시지를 전한다.

비로소 각자가 가진 능력을 발휘해 LOONAverse를 정복한 이달의 소녀는 그동안 몰랐던 더 큰 세계를 발견하게 된다.

인트로 곡 "&"는 정형화된 규칙과 상징들을 깨고 하나가 된 우리의 이야기를 담아냈다.

타이틀 곡 "PTT (Paint The Town)"는 이제까지 이달의 소녀가 발매한 곡 중에 가장 강렬하고 폭발적인 에너지가 담긴 댄스 힙합 장르의 곡이다.

볼리우드(Bollywood) 노래의 모든 필수 요소가 결합된 이 곡은 공격적인 덥스텝과 808 베이스 사운드를 비롯해 노래의 시그니처 멜로디를 연주하는 최면 인도 플루트, 거대한 코러스와 결합된 거대한 인도 드럼과 타블라를 느낄 수 있다.
