Hey. After placing the order, I was asked for additional information, which I sent. They then requested sensitive information again, as the order processing depended on it. After this, despite several attempts to get a response through different channels, it took approximately three weeks. During this time, not only were my questions ignored, but I was also reprimanded for writing multiple times. Furthermore, they sent incorrect information, referring to the contents of an order that did not correspond to the one I had placed. Although I immediately wrote again clarifying this information and requesting further clarification, I received no response, which caused considerable concern regarding the order status. After the order was finally shipped, I received another communication informing me about the shipment, which I was already aware of, and offering an apology for the error in the information.
Since this was a group order, this situation caused considerable concern both personally and for the other people who purchased through this group order.
Although the order thankfully arrived without problems, the shopping experience was not pleasant, causing high concern and stress for 3 weeks, solely due to the failure to send a clear, precise and timely response from you.
