This is my first time ordering with them and I received my albums in perfect condition! They were packaged extremely well with bubble wrap around the albums and extra in the box to ensure they didn't move around. I will say, the shipping time estimate for POBs could have been a little clearer, it took 3 weeks (22 days) to receive my order because one of my items had a POB (actual shipping time was only 3 days) but the site only says 1-2 extra weeks for processing. Other than that, great experience and when I reached out to customer service over email with an inquiry they did respond within 48 hours. All in all, HIGHLY recommend if you want kpop albums that aren't available at local retailers in your country. Even with express shipping, my albums where a fraction of the price I'd pay if I bought an album at a store at one of my local stores.
